I think it was relishmama or mamachef who posted the info about the cook/book shop in Notting Hill where they give demo daily for different dishes from different countries.
I need the tel # or website of the shop plsssss!!!

Been there with Mammachef and Georgie, highly recommend but as said, book early, you also get to taste the end product and if your lucky enough to have Eric touille there he may even sign your recipe book, very entertaining day and so many local sights to take in, good luck and enjoy!!

It's a fantastic little place and great for lunch - but expect queues!!
I think their own small cookbooks are great - they take their favourite recipes from different books and make a compilation of them. There are dozens of them and they are great.

hi baboush its booksforcooks ad you need to book very early. mamachef went on a fair few so she may be able to give you more guidance. you can google for bfc on the web its easy to find.
