Can anybody please give me the name and address of a supplier of pork caul fat anywhere in the UK? I have tried all over the North West and most butchers haven't even heard of it!

hi missymouse, i did a search around to and whilst most chefs and websites say you should get it from good local butchers, it seems your local ones dont do this. the only online one i found is in the the south and only deliver 30 radius of Reading which isnt much good to you.
the best butchers to source for the product will be ones who make their own sausages from scratch or a pork meat specialist. sorry i cant be much help
