Also, if you add just water, not sparkling, then it really is like old fashioned lemonade!

I have a delicious recipe a friend gave me, that doesn't use any acid if that is helpful!

Mix the juice of 2 lemons with 2 tablespoons of sugar in a jug. Top up with sparkling water or just water, and add ice. Enjoy!

Citric acid can be hard to obtain because of its use by druggies.

citric acid would be good to use, would you use 50 gr?

I just watched the video of Lotte making the Lemonade and it says 50gr of tartaric acid. She did say you should be able to buy this from a chemist, but if not you can use citric acid.

Tartaric acid is available from Wine making shops.
