After watching a programme this morning with Gary doing a "rolled up" chicken dish for a main course....I didn't catch a name of the dish so I don't know where to look for the recipe......can anyone help. I'd like to know what cookery book it comes from and if anyone has tried it

Dear Little Sweetpea,
I have made the Jaffa Cake quite a while ago and recently found book called "Short Cut Rhodes" which has a few of his slightly more complicated recipes made simple and was thrilled to see there was a short cut recipe for the jaffa cake in there. So if you see it might be worth buying it's only a small book and think it was only about £4.

you can go to the chefs section and click on GR and it will bring up his biog plus the books and tv series he has done they may give a clue for you

I'm after a GR recipe too, the one they mention on the advert for UKFood for GR's Jaffa Cake Trifle. Can't find it on the site. Any idea as to where I might find it?
