Hello

Does anyone know where I can purchase a digital scale which is sensitive to 1 or 2 grams and capable of measuring up to 2 kilograms?

Thanks for all the information. I'm actually starting a patisserie course at the Le Cordon Bleu School in London and this is one piece of equipment I need to obtain. Will have a look in Argos.

I've got a Weight Watchers digital one which is fantastic. I spent loads of money trying out various ones but they were nevr accurate. These ones are great because you can put your bowl/saucepan or whatever you want to weigh into , onto the scales and then zero it before measuring in grams or ounces.

Hi again Jill, Just done a bit of searching for you and came up with this from Argos:

Cat no 840/3331

Hope this helps. Mrs WW

Mine is an EKS digital set of scales (in a domstic kitchen) and I think I bought them from Argos or Lakeland or somewhere like that - they're very good and you can use either oz or gms. Hope this helps Jill. Mrs WW
