Uses for cooked topside of beef please

Rather foolishly cooked far too big a piece of topside for Easter & am now stuck with a piece about 1kg in weight cooked med/rare. Have used some in sandwiches but am at a total loss at anything else to do with it. Any ideas gang? Thanks a lot.

Freeze it and make another roast dinner in a week or two....just warm it back up in your gravy!

Sliced into a devilled sauce - topped with breadcrumbs and baked. Very old-fashioned, but tasty.
