I cooked a fresh gammon joint on Sunday and wondered if anyone had any idea of how long this sort of thing would keep. Would it be risky to eat it today?

It freezes well Lucy, too late this time perhaps, but next time it may be helpful.

hi lucy, iwould keep it for 3 to 4 days,ithink the best way to tell is to smell and taste.hope this helps
