had a yum lunch yesterday at a local chinese and tried fried chicken in 'paradise' sauce....which was delish! any ideas what ingredients are in it and how to make the sauce?

Hi lovemuffin, I tried typing "paradise sauce" in google and quite a few recipes came up. May be worth a look and see if any match what you thought might have been in the one you had.
Most of them don't look very Chinese though!

No, what was it like? Give us an idea? Was it thick, thin, creamy, tomato based? Strong herb or spicy flavours.
You know you could always ask the restaurant, they may not give you the recipe but they may well tell you what's in it. Then you can post for ideas or experiment yourself.
I know that's not much help.
