HI! i use it in cheesecakes, not the baked kind tho, the ones with a biscuit base.Its nice mixed toghether with double cream and a squirt of lemon.To make my hubbys fave i then add a huge bar of melted white chocolate, chill and serve with grated chocolate on top, georgous!

gosh i remember that from my childhood, my german grandmother used it many a time, its a low fat soft cheese, similar to cottage cheese and tastes a little like sour cream.

Quark is a curd cheese, you could use cream cheese instead if you needed.
