Hi, my husband is mad about New York style baked cheesecake. Does anyone have a good recipe? Help please!

Just seen your request - my absolute favourite cheescake is another Nigella one. It's got a base made with chocolate cookies and the top has loads of lime juice in it. Once baked it has a lovely wobbly texture that's not too dry.....yummy! It's in her Nigella Bites book I think.

Thanks everyone for your help. I did manage to get all the recipes you have given me and will try them.
Livewire, the Nigella recipe was shown this morning on uktvfood, so I managed to watch it.

I got a good recipe for this from the BBC Good Food magazine last year, but I am pretty sure I saw James Martin do one on his 'Sweet' series. I also think I saw someone do one recently on Good Food Live but can't remember who!
