Delhi Belly

I am really enjoying the current run of 'Delhi Belly', it is good to see the food being cooked traditionally with authentic ingredients, then examples of how this transfers to our own kitchens by the quite brilliant Reza Mahammad.
As much as I like the series however, I am finding the constant digs and jibes by the shows presenter Sanjeev Bhasker about british ways to be extremely offensive.
I frequently wonder why does this program need Mr Bhasker at all? Reza has a huge personality and seems more than able to cope with the presenting end of the show too.
I used to enjoy watching Mr Bhasker in the Kumars, at least then he was funny. Perhaps he should return to what he does best and leave the cookery shows to those who have the capacity for conveying their countries recipes and culture across without being judgemental about others.
Mine too - he doesn't go in for food programs, but he saw an episode of Coconut Coast that I happened to have on one Sunday and he was actually taking notice for once and saying "Can you try doing that recipe?" then I realised why he was taking an interest as finally he said "Who is that camp guy, he's really funny"
