I am having great trouble finding Fish Sauce. I am probably being a little slow (not uncommon for me!!) and even though have ventured round looking for a some of the stuff can never find it. can anyone help??

Lucy - it is known as Nam Pla, so look out for that name too whilst seaching through the Oriental sauces.

Lucy - all the supermarkets stock this. You will find it beside the Oriental sauces, soy, hoisin, oyster, black bean, etc.
