Wish me luck!! We're having a party on saturday for 14 and have decided to do the Steamboat thing having borrowed some electric woks from the home eccies dept at work. I've just printed off the recipe - 3 pages!!!! Should be fun.

What a great idea for a party. All the prep can be done hours in advance. All you need to do is mix up marinades and chop meat, fish and veg. It means you can enjoy the meal without having to jump up and down to cook and serve missing all the good gossip. Mind you it took ages to clean the table this morning!!!

I am so jealous - I saw an episode of Kylie Kwong's Heart and Soul where she was having a steam boat party (is the recipe from there?) and it looked absolutely fantastic. Have a wonderful time!
