Mozzarella!! Help

Hi Guys!!

Haven't been on the website for a while but i was wondering if anyone had any good ideas for a recipe with mozzarella!!

Have been thinking but can't think of anything which is exciting!!!

You could stuff chicken breasts with it along with some garlic and basil or pesto and then breadcrumb the breasts, fry lighly and then put in the oven to finish off. Big Grin

Been doing this lately...not sure if it was a GFL recipe or me..can't remember now! Probably GFL as I don't do very well making up my own recipes.

Drzzle two pitta breads with olive oil and salt and pepper and lay slices of tomato and mozerrella on them then drizzle with more oil and salt and pepper and sprinkle on a few herbs, put in a hot oven until the cheese is all bubbly...delicious!

Skinless chicken breasts, pour over a good tomato sauce (preferably home-made). Place slices of mozzarella on top and bake (covered) in oven for about 40 mins. Remove lid for last 10 mins. Hope this appeals to you.

Slice & drizzle witn olive oil, salt & oregano, do the same with cherry tomatoes, makes a gorgeous starter.

Hi Schoottland, i have a recipe that i use all the time. you will need
some mozzarella balls thickly sliced, dusted with flour excess taken off then dipped in beaten egg then into cous cous, then fry in a pan untill golden brown then place in the oven for a few mins to make sure there hot right through then lay on a large plate drizzel over some fresh chilli dressing, and serve with crusty bread, tried and tested lovely hope this helps xxxx

I always add mozzarella to my potato dauphinaise... I think James Martin has a really good recipe for this that you do in the saucepan first then just finish it off in the oven. Big Grin
