I have recently won a competition from the Sausage Fans website in which my prize is a mincer, herbs, casings et al apart from the meat. Unfortunately my local butcher is less than helpful when confronted with questions, just like to know if anyone could recommend the best meat to use for my new contraption!!!

Lol, thanks anyway, have loads of recipes, just wanted to know from folk what cut of meat they prefer to use, should have worded it a bit better doh @me
