Venison & Stilton Pie

After watching Ed Baines prepare his Venison & Stilton pie, I decided to have a go and it was a dream. I panicked a little because none of my local supermarkets stocked venison. However, my daughter suggested that I try my town meat and fish market and there I was successful in my quest. It was not cheap, mind, but the meal was wonderful and my guests now think that I am a superb cook. For dessert, I prepared Silvana Franco's Berry Trifle which was absolutely delicious - another resounding success. Thanks to your program for hours of entertainment and learning.
