First off, Rustie & other co-posters - sorry, sorry for letting things get out of hand from my side. If I've stirred up some nerves I didn't mean to. Damn, sometimes this temper of mine tends to get the better of me, it's those bloody chillies we eat all the time I guess. Sorry again guys!

I've not been on this forum that long & not really been posting a great deal but I can say that I've learnt few things from here that were shared to me by many of you everytime I have any cooking problems. For that thanks once again!

I like most chefs/cooks, well maybe some less than others, love Jeni of course, & even TDL, I really love watching her programme.....it's really just her american boyfriend I can't stand.

Yes, renap, I agree with relishmama that it would be a shame if you were to stop posting so soon. Please post on another thread, do you watch many of the programs on UKTVFood? Are you a keen chef/cook and love food? Hope to see you posting on lots of the other threads.

Good Morning Renap, It would be a shame for you to leave so soon. This is just one thread, I wouldnt take it too heart. Most of the posters on here just love food, well I think everybody does. But sometimes............. anyway It would be great if you stayed a while especially when things cool off a bit. So you can see what we are all realy like.
Keep posting we love newbie posters coming along with new topics and thought on the food etc

For goodness sake, renap , i can also say, what's your problem? have no beef with you so why are you being hostile??? If you want to score points then pls do but not at my expense! And what do you mean no one else agrees with me? Unlike you I'm not trying to gain friends here nor do I like to do things or say things just to please other people. The fact that I ended my post with agreeing with everyone that we just move on , here you are posting a reply igniting the whole thing all over again combine with a personal attack on me which I thought was just uncalled for considering I've never had any issues with you whatsoever . If anything I say, you should get a life!

Good grief, I've always enjoyed posting here, but come on, to start being buddy buddy with other posters & defending them just so you could come out as some sort of hero at the expense of another poster who hasn't even done anything to upset you, is just too childish for me and I can't handle such behaviour. My point exactly Forbye, but I have been trying for this for 2 years now, but it has just got worse and worse. I also seem to have, whilst trying to get people to see that these upsetting and hurtful comments to and about the celebrities are just not acceptable on this site, set myself up as a target as well. But I am better able to defend myself than are the chefs and presenters, who, if they retaliated would be slated for that as well.

Please can we leave the being nasty bit off this site. I was really enjoying the postings and chats etc. until recently when all the negativity crept in. May I quote (probably misquote) Thumper from Bambi "If you can't say anything nice, don't say nothin' at all".

I know Rustie needs no back up whatsoever, but I've been following this and I'm afraid I back her comments 100 per cent. The 'feedback' part of this site is not for feedback on people, it's for feedback on programmes! For heaven's sake let's just let it be! Life's too short.

We all have our likes and dislikes, watch them or don't watch them ok? If you don't like a programme then tell them by all means, but if you're not keen on a chef then just say so - don't go into details! Let's face it, based upon what has been said on this site it's hardly constructive criticism is it? None of them are going to get better by reading the rubbish written on here! Apart from anything else, those who do complain about the drivel come under personal criticism from people who don't know anything about them! What's that about?
