Thread Starter: LNDTurnbull    Started: Sun 05 Sep 2004    Replies: 3

Hi everyone. If there is one item that I could eat by the bucket load then it has to be Mint Choc Chip Ice cream. I know there are one or two recipes one the site, and even the great PAUL YOUNG has graced me with his version, I would love to see how you do yours.

Please write up a quick methed of how you make it and the ingredients list. I cant wait to try all your different recipes and styles.

Thanks Guys,

Nathan. Big Grin

It was amazing paul. Thank you so much. I've gotta say that I was a lil worried about using the 12 EGGS. It just seemed a bit much to me having not made Ice Cream before.

MAMMA, thanks for the encouragement. I have got settled in quite nicely. I got a lil upset on Monday because of all the paper work and the fact that I couldn't quite find the right friends. What I mean is, there are allot of time wasters on the course who are only there because either they did very poorly in school, or they are just there because the job centre made them get off Job seekers allowance.

I have found the friends that I wanted though, there was actually 5 of us that are there for the chance to be a chef. We are gettin on well together and all now enjoyin the class. We have Knife skill and Pastry skills on Wednesday. Our first real food related class. YIPPEE!!

Thanks to the both of you for your posts. If there is anyone else who has a recipe for mint choc chip ice cream or know where I can find a good one please leave a post.

Thanks, Nathan. Big Grin
