Help! I have been searching the supermarket shelves for this ingredient with no luck. Its use is recomended in a recipe for icecream. Can anyone tell me where I can get it

Try Asian/Chinese stores. I get mine in a Chinese store in Edinburgh and it's really good. Also it is an imported brand sorry I don't read Chinese and i have a big thing about not buying nestle anyway. Hope this is not too late.
