At Brian Turners you'll get the best Yorkshire Puddings aswell with him been a Yorkshire man. They know how cook them properly.

*sheepish saying so as not to offend*

Hi Agree with all of the above also

The Boisdale - Victoria
The Chop House Butler Wharf
Top Floor at Smiths of Smithfield
Conservatory at The Lanesbough, they do a fixed price brunch - not overtly cheap but you can eat and drink as much as you want

Brian Turners, I've not been there but mum said it was excellent

It's a real shame that the city closes at the weekend as you have some of the finest restaurants there.

Yes I agree Rules in Maiden Lane is fab altho' I have to say I enjoy it more at lunch time with all the pin-striped city gents - it just adds to the englishness of it all.

And just remembered: Porters, 17 Henrietta street, Covent Garden - wonderful British food including roasts, fish and chips and gorgeous puds like jam roly poly, etc.
