Maths expert needed!

Thread Starter: YasminFraz    Started: Mon 02 Aug 2004    Replies: 3

I've just found some delicious Paul Hollywood recipes but a lot of them call for fresh yeast which I can't always get. Is there a formula for working out how much dried yeast to used e.g. if a recipe says "25grms fresh yeast"?

Thanks, Barbara

Hi Shimmystar, this will take you to an answer that Paul gave a short while ago:

But notice he is talking about instant not dried.
