I cannot seem to find cake flour anywhere...is cake flour and Italian 00 flour the same?

Any online resources in the UK or Denmark that anyone knows of for either of these?

Thanks

Try Betty Crocker Softasilk......... or Top flour. I've just been relocated here so am not sure if it is available here. Good luck!

Suzzy Q, there was a discussion about this back in April. If you type cake flour in to the search box at the top of the page, select chat and go. It is no. 2 on the list. Maybe this will help you decide.
