I remember seeing Nigella cook these with her children, but can't find the recipe in the books. They were made with potatoes, broccoli and peas I think, but I'm not sure of proportions or whether they were coated in crumbs before frying. Does anyone remember??

Hi Rustie, i use the C4 one too dead easy to use and the recipes are great. beats buying the books although i do own Nigella bites

Hi KJoner, this site does not have permission to publish Nigella's recipes, but the ones on the show today, and others from Forever Summer can be found on the Channel 4 site
