Has anyone got a good recipe for Prawn Puri I've looked on the web and online but with no luck. I quite often have this from the local takeaway but would really loe to make my own.

Thanks for that Georgie, I was being what I thought was intelligent and putting in "prawn Puree recipe" and all i got was prices for takeaways a mere £1.60 in Norwich! I have emailed Reshma she is great and very helpful.
Also I was wondering if Reza Mahamma had a website as I looked under the Dheli Beli section but no joy.
Or Andy as King of Spice in residence do you have any recipes for this?
