Does anyone have a recipe for this but one that is made without cooking in the oven.... i have made one in the past but not successful as it was cooked

Hi Guys, Sorry I have not been posting lately but been super busy for Valentines Day and organising anew project.
You got it just right jennifer for the topping recipe.
Im on the show on Friday looking at Valentines Chocolate gifts so look forward to your comments.

Hi Ian, If you type in cheesecake in the bar on the top under chat, & you go to number 12 you will get Paul Youngs reply to a query I made earlier.
He suggested a mixture of double cream, cream liqueur, a dash of aspresso and some coffee beans to finish. I used a small carton of cream and like he said the rest to taste. However I drizzled chocolate on the top cos I broke a tooth once on a coffee bean!! Not that you want to know that!! Another time I put Ferrero Rocher Chocs on the top and a light sieving of cocoa powder for a dinner party. That went down a bomb!! Paul's is a lovely recipe..

If you type in Cheesecake under recipes at the top, then go to No18that will give you Paul Youngs delicious Classic Cheesecake. He was on GFL, just after Christmas when he did a Baileys topping, but it isn't in the recipe sheet. If you type in Cheesecake under Chat in the above bar you can go to No12 which will give you the topping quantities he kindly gave us.. This is a lovely Cheesecake and well worth trying.
