IVE JUST RETURNED FROM A FANTASTIC HOLIDAY IN KERALA, INDIA & THE FOOD WAS FANTASTIC. I CAME BACK WITH THE BEST EVER RECIPE FOR TANDORRI CHICKEN WHICH I POACHED FROM THE HOTEL CHEF BUT NOW WISHED I HAD MANAGED TO GET A RECIPE FOR A DRY BEETROOT SIDE DISH. HAS ANYBODY GOT ANY RECIPES OR IDEAS FOR INDIAN STYLE BEETROOT THEY WLD LIKE TO SHARE

God sorry, I type in captitals for quickeness, most of my mailing is done between working but I will try harder in future (but I certainly got yr attention!!!)
Beetroot - well the dish I had was dry, looked like it had been panfried but not too crispy with spices, not hot a though, I will have a look on google thanx lynne

Hi Helen,

I tried putting in "indian beetroot recipe" in google and it does come up with loads of diffrent indian beetroot recipes but I'm not 100 percent sure what u r looking for - can u give us a clue!

Kim, Frexy is quite right to ask Helen to not type in capitals, it is one of the message board rules and on the internet is seen as shouting. I would really love Helen to come back and post more, but please not always in capitals as she has done every post so far.

Now, Helen tell us more about this beetroot dish you are after. Smile
