River Cafe Chocolate Cake - HELP!

Hi there.
Yesterday, Tue 25th Nov, the river cafe TV program made the most fabolous italian chocolate cake, with no flour, and a rather perculiarly was squashed with a 10kg pumpkin for 1/2h after cooking!!! I didnt manage to note down the recipie, and have been unable to find it on the web. Can anyone help? If I have to buy a book ... hope not ... then does anyone know which river cafe book its in?

I just caught some of last night's programme. There was also an interesting Christmas cake with honey in it.Has anybody tried it.?I have River Cafe Green book but its not in that.

Unfortunately, you're going to have to buy the book, or borrow it from a library, only we're not allowed to post the recipes from the River Cafe on here cos of copyright regulations. Sorry. :(

The book it's featured in is "River Cafe Italian Kitchen" and it contains all of the recipes from the TV series. It's available on Amazon.co.uk for £8.80 instead of £11.00

I didn't see this particular episode, but from looking in the book think the cake is called Pressed Chocolate Cake.
