hi there i saw recently that you can cook fillet steak wrapped in clingfilm in the oven slowly but cant remember were it was or wat to do please help me .................neo

I'd like to know where you can buy cling film that can be used in a conventional oven. Everywhere I go I can only find ones to be used in microwaves/freezers but not normal ovens. Can anyone help?
