does anybody no of any tried and tested recipe for a fruit cake that can be mixed and cooked in a bread making machine would be grateful for any help and willing to try any recipes suggested many thanks

Hi there, can anyone help with emailing me an instruction/recipebook for a Cookworks 11597. I've had a look at the one in the previous link from PM49048 but I don't think it is the same model (thanks anyway!). Would be very grateful if someone can.

Hey pete. The link you posted was for the Hinari cookbooks, I have the cookworks Item breadmaker XBM 128. Do you know if the instruction manual for the Hinari can be used for the model that I have?

Regarding the Hinari/Cookworks books, I came across this site wile searching for the same things for a friend.
I now have them in electronic format so in an effort to 'give something back', I've posted them for a short time on my website.
They won't be there forever, so if anyone out there can put them up somewhere permanent for all to share in the future, that would be ideal.

Hi, My dad gave me his old breadmaking machine and guess what, The silly old goat has lost the instruction manual. It's an Items breadmaker XBM 128 and I'm told that it's made by cookworks. There must be a place where all cookworks instructions go to die because mine has also dissappeared, I have the cookworks model number B6989,if there is a copy out there could someone please send me one to terry.day1@ntlworld,com I would be very grateful,also does any one know what setting to use for baking a carrot cake in that bread maker as there areonly bread settings on it ,no cake or bake settings.

The easiest way won't cost you anything at all - just set up a board at one of the free sites, such as:-

I found my old bread maker yesterday a cookwork B09060 but could not find the instruction manual .So I browsed the web and came across this site .I still could not find a manual but did notice loads of people also looking for one.Today I looked again for my manual and found it I also came across the recipe book as well .I am not to good with computers but will endeavour to scan these books and set up a link as a small project .If any one can give me any tips on how to do this it may save me some time
