Wine Relief

Wine Relief asks the nation to help uncork bottles of cash for the 2007 Red Nose Day campaign.

From 31 January to 16 March this year's Comic Relief initiative will see the UK's biggest wine retailers donate 10 percent from the sale of selected wines to help tackle poverty and social injustice in the UK and Africa.

Thanks to the ongoing support of the Wine Relief retailers and drive of Jancis Robinson and Nick Lander, the campaign has raised a staggering £2million since its launch in 1999. This year Wine Relief is set to get even bigger!

Whether you like your tipple red, white, rosé, sweet or dry, choose a Wine Relief bottle and a corking amount of cash will go towards the Red Nose Day total.

You can support Wine Relief by purchasing selected wines from the following retailers: Co-op, Majestic, Marks and Spencer, Morrisons, Sainsbury's, Somerfield, Tesco, Threshers, Waitrose and Café rouge. The offer runs until Friday - Red Nose Day.

Here is the GFL pick of the best:

Finest Gavi, 2005 £5.99, Tesco

Bourgogne Chardonnay, 2005, £6.99, Marks & Spencer

Trio Chardonnay Pinot Grigio, Pinot Blanc, 2005, £5.99, Co-op
