No Problem, Heres a great one thats kid friendly, good for picnics and at home, your 2 yr old can help - and its not expensive!!
Home made chicken nuggets - mix together egg and 1 tbsp milk. Crush some cornflakes. Cut chicken breast cut into strips and dip into egg mixture then into crushed cornflakes. place in ovenproof dish and cook 180oC 30 mins. Can be eaten hot or cold, v nice dipped in mayo. Can even make several batches, freeze before cooking, defrost as required and bake.

MunchkinBaby - Did not know if you wanted kid friendly recipes... if so please let me know. Here are 2 recipes adults and some kids would like.
1. Spicy cous cous? use a veg or chicken stock cube, and add either a tspn of Chinese five spice and raisins or Cumin, Turmeric, Ginger and curry powder/chilli flakes. Cook as per instructions, allow to cool and pop into dish.
2. Salmon and pasta salad - Cook fresh salmon and flake, cook pasta. allow both to cool. Cut up spring onion, cucumber, celery mix together then add some sweetcorn. Mix in mayo then add salmon and pasta.
