Chocolate brownies

This is my grandmother's recipe and it's in US measurements.

Preheat oven to 350 F

1/2 lb unsalted butter
2 ozs unsweetened chocolate
2 C sugar
4 eggs
1 t vanilla
1 C flour
1/2 t salt
1 C chopped walnuts

Lightly grease a 13"xx9"x2" baking dish

In large saucepan, heat butter over medium flame until half melted. Add chocolate and stir until butter and chocolate are melted and combined. Remove from heat and stir in sugar with wooden spoon.

Using same spoon, beat in eggs one at a time, stirring after each addition until the eggs are fully mised and the chocolate mixture is shiny. Stir in vanilla. Add the flour and salt all at once and mix until blended. Stir in chopped nuts.

Scrape batter into prepared pan. Bake for 30 mins. Let cool in pan.

Chocolate brownies

I have a wonderful and simple brownie recipe I'd be happy to share....I guess it's American-like since I live in the U.S. and this was my grandmother's recipe.

Should I post it herre or email it to you?
