Hi all, I have just eaten the best cheese cake ever,from a well know farm shop in Derbyshire. Does anyone know where I can find a recipe for a semi sweet, slightly salty cheesecake using blue cheese.The topping was a light apple jelly. Utterly scrumptious.

I am wanting to buy a new food mixer, but am unsure which to buy. I love the look of the kitchenaid but the kenwood has a more powerful motor (I make a lot of bread).
