lovely velvety cheesecake light and creamy

Method

1. crush biscuits

2. melt butter and add to crushed biscuits

3. press into loose bottom cake tin

4. Whip cream to ribbon stage

5. Whip philly to soften

6. melt aero

7. combine philly and cream

8. add melted aero

9. quickly stir to mix then spread over biscuit base.

10. refridgerate for 1 to 2 hours. Enjoy

Ingredients

  • 6 digestive biscuits ( crushed )
  • 2oz butter or margarine ( melted )
  • 200mls double cream whipped to ( ribbon stage )
  • 1 mint aero ( melted )
  • 1 tablespoon philly cheese ( whisk till soft )
