Method1. Place all the ingredients in a food processor and whizz until smooth. Season with salt and pepper and serve with toasted soda bread.
Tips and suggestions
- You can also make smoked salmon and caper mousse by adding 1 tsp of drained and rinsed capers before blending, or mackerel and lemon mousse by replacing the smoked salmon with smoked mackerel.
