Brussels sprouts with garlic and bacon

A generous hand with garlicky butter adds punchy richness to this simple side dish
Ingredients
- 300g Brussels sprouts
- 50g Butter
- 125g unsmoked Bacon, chopped
- 2 cloves Garlic, crushed
Method
1. Trim the sprouts and cut a cross in the base of each. Cook them in boiling water until just tender. Drain well.2. Heat the butter in a large saucepan and fry the bacon for 2-3 minutes. Add the garlic and fry for a further minute.
3. Add the cooked sprouts and fry for 2-3 minutes until they begin to colour. Season to taste and serve immediately.

I dont think you need a full 50grams of buter I would use about 10-15 grams of butter adn aspot of virgin organic coconut oil to turn this into a better fat loss meal Gavin Fat Loss Chef
