Method

1. Trim the sprouts and cut them into quarters. Bring a pan of water to the boil and blanch the sprouts for 2 minutes, then drain.

2. Heat a frying pan and dry fry the cashews over a medium heat until lightly toasted. Set aside.

3. Pour the oil into the pan, then stir-fry the ginger, honey and lemon juice for 1 minute. Add the sprouts and stir-fry until tender.

4. Toss in the cashews and a little lemon zest to taste and serve at once.

I FORGOT TO MENTION STIR FRY SOME MUSTARD AND CUMIN SEEDS IN A FRYING PAN THEN WEN BROWN ADD BRUSSLES STIR THEN ADD ALL SPICES OR U CAN USE ONE OF PATAAKS SAUCES TO TASTE

instead of honey add mustard seeds and cumin a little bit of termeric and half a tea spoon of CHILLI POWDER OR FIVE GREEN CHILLIES TO GIVE U A KICK
