A really easy hummus recipe by Michelle Dodd


1. Blend all ingredients in a food processor

Optional: Serve with fresh vegetables and crackers.

Hmmm, no you were right to drain the tin Karen. If it's too dry for you, add an extra tbsp or two of tahini. That should do the trick!

Not clear whether to drain the liquid from the chick peas-- i always drain tinned foods, so i did and the hummus has turned out really dry. kept to the recipe exactly, so should i have kept the liquid from the tin?
