A Mexican marvel from the 4 Ingredients girls

Ingredients

  • 250g edam or Gouda cheese
  • 2 tbsp Cream
  • 125g salsa

Method

1. Shred cheese, place in small saucepan.

2. Cook on low-medium stovetop, let cheese melt then add cream, stirring frequently to make sure cheese doesn’t scorch the dish.

3. Transfer to a warm dish, top with salsa.

Optional: Serve with fresh raw vegetables and corn chips … mmmm!
