Whip up a batch of the four ingredient girls muffins in time for tea
Ingredients
- 175g self-raising flour
- 250ml single cream
- 3 tbsp dark brown sugar
- 125g Blueberries, or raspberries
Method
1. Combine all ingredients and mix well.2. Pour into a 12 hole greased mini-muffin tray. Bake 10 minutes at 180C / Gas 4 or until golden brown.

They tasted nice but mine stuck to the cake cases too and stayed quite gooey inside, even though I cooked them for 40 minutes instead of 10! I used light brown sugar though instead of dark brown, don't know if this would have made a difference?
Seemed to stick to the paper cases quite easily, not sure if this was my fault or the recipe but I found it hard to peel the cases away from the muffin.
