1. Heat a non-stick frying pan and lightly fry beef strips.2. Add mushrooms, sour cream and stroganoff mix, stir well.
3. Add water to achieve your required consistency.

If it is a premix seasoning, why do we need a recipe. There are instructions on the packets.
It would be really good to know what stroganoff mix was.
What is Stroganoff mix. Without an explanation the recipe is useless.
I would also like to know what is Strogonoff mix.... a packet from the supermarket
I'm sure it would be great if "strogonoff seasoning" was understood or expalined
