These quick cookies from the 4 ingredients girls are also gluten-free
Method
1. Preheat oven to 180C / Gas 4. Mix all ingredients into a bowl.2. Spoon small tablespoon sized balls onto two lined baking trays.
3. Slightly flatten with a fork, crisscross style.
4. Bake for 8 minutes, or until a thin crust forms on the cookie.

View all comments (5)I left them to cool on the baking sheets which let the outsides harden while the insides were still chewy. They kept well too - at least the ones I manged to hide.
Tried this recipe -nthe cinnamon gives it an off flavour to me will try again without adding it. 8 minutes wasn't enough in my oven either left them a further two but think I need to try again to perfect
just cooked batch - burnt them - after 8 minutes they were still gooey so left for a few more minutes and the they werre over cooked. will try again...
great for those with coeliac disease or wheat intolerance!
