Made this and im being totally honest- it was bland, boring and an insult to salmon. I think if your a bad/inexperienced cook then this may excite you; but not me. If this was presented to me in a restaurant Id walk out. My advice to people is that if your a good experienced cook then dont follow this primary school recipe Id give it 1 mark out of 5 for at least trying to get th frozen food people cooking. I used fresh fettuccine, which was a great improvement, and I felt that there should be more smoked salmon. Nonetheless, very quick & simple to prepare and absolutely delicious.
