I made this last week and we LOVED it. It was the second meatball recipe I had tried and far nicer than the previous one. It was just so easy and so tasty. Its on the menu again for tomorrow night. I just added the peppers at the end but left out the olives as neither myself nor my hubby are fans.

Has to be the best meatball recipe I've ever made! the recipe doesn't state when to add the peppers so added them with the olives.

this deserves five stars as it is easy to prepare and really delicious. i added a beaten egg to mince to make it easier to make the meatballs

Absolutly gorgeous dish, so easy to make and my 2 year old son enjoyed making and eating this too. Great for adding variety to your meal ideas, also great with rice. The meatballs are so flavoursome and moist, i highly recommend this to everyone!

Great recipe, tastes fantastic and so easy to do, I've added chillis to the sauce and/or to the mince also as we like a chilli kick in our house.

I've now done this recipe twice and all I changed was the balsamic to sherry vinegar - brilliant recipe.

from the picture it looks like you chop them up and add to the rest of the sauce.

2 red peppers from a jar? would that be 4Tbsp? When and how should we use them?
