Planters’ punch

Party on with Dan Redman’s version of planters’ punch – a fruity, sweet and sour rum delight!
Ingredients
- 1/2 lime, juice only
- 1/2 Orange, juice only
- 15ml grenadine, (pomegranate syrup), preferably homemade
- 25ml pressed pineapples, juice
- 30ml light rum
- 30ml gold rum
- ice cubes, to taste
To garnish
- pinch grated Nutmeg
- 1 leaf from a pineapple
Method
1. Pour the lime juice, orange juice, grenadine, pineapple juice and both rums into a cocktail shaker and shake.2. Strain into a glass filled with ice. Top up with the pineapple and cardamom foam.
3. Garnish with grated nutmeg and a pineapple leaf and serve.
