Another great ‘food for a fiver’ dish from Matt Tebbutt – an easy peasy snack that’s full of flavour
Ingredients
Method
1. Preheat a grill to hot.2. Mix together the cheddar, Worcestershire sauce, mustard, stout and egg yolks in a bowl and set aside.
3. Halve the muffins and grill until browned on the base and lightly toasted on top. Spread the mixture onto the muffins and place under the hot grill. Once bubbling, serve.

lol i really fancied some cheese on toast so i searched this, i didnt have guinness or worcestershire sauce so i just used beer and reduced it down with the mustard. and put it on toast instead of muffins but for a quick and easy rarebit i found it quite tasty!
