Andy Pearson makes a healthy cocktail packed with vitamins and sloe gin to boost the immune and digestive systems
Ingredients
- 1 Apricot
- 1 peach, juice only
- 1 Mango, juice only
- 1 pink Grapefruit, juice only
- 25 ml sloe gin
- 150ml fresh orange juice
Method
1. Juice the fresh fruit and pour in the orange juice and gin2. Shake with ice, and strain into a highball glass.
3. Add 2 long straws and garnish with half an apricot.
