Baked plums on brioche
Method
2. Butter each slice of brioche on both sides and arrange on a baking tray.
3. Slice the plums in half, get rid of the stone, and place the halves on top of the buttered brioche slices cut side down.
4. Dust with sugar and dot with a little more butter.
5. Bake for 10-12 minutes, until the brioche looks slightly toasted. Serve hot or warm with a dollop of unpasteurised cream.
