Sweet Thai chilli chicken

Sweet chilli sauce peps up Chef Yang from Amoy’s chilli-chicken stir-fry
Ingredients
- 1 tbsp vegetable oil
- 200g Chicken breast, sliced into strips ½ cm thick
- 100 g red Peppers, cut into strips
- 100g mangetout, cut diagonally
- 80g Carrots, sliced diagonally 2mm thick
- 1 sachet Amoy Stir Fry Sensations: Sweet Thai Chilli sauce
Method
1. Heat the oil in a wok or pan over a high heat. Add the chicken and stir-fry for 3-4 minutes, or until cooked through.2. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
3. Add the sauce and stir-fry for 1 minute more. Serve at once.
