Ingredients
- 4 tbsp reduced fat coconut milk
- 1 tbsp Honey
- fresh lemon or lime juice, to taste
- 1 pineapple, diced
- 1 Bananas
- blood oranges
Method
1. Mix the coconut milk, honey and lemon juice.2. Toss the fruits and coriander in the coconut dressing

I used the same sauce but for the fruit chose blueberries, blacberries, raspberries, redcurrants and physalis - on a hot summer's evening it was the perfect end to the meal.
